Kicking Off the Season in Style: Semper Fi Restoration at the CRA YEP Holiday Bash 2025 🎄

The holiday season is officially here, and we couldn’t think of a better way to kick things off than by joining the incredible Colorado Roofing Association community at the YEP Holiday Bash 2025!
Last Friday night, our Semper Fi Restoration crew got decked out (literally!) and headed out for an unforgettable evening of connection, celebration, and some seriously epic sweaters. Hosted by the CRA’s Young & Emerging Professionals (YEP) group, the event brought together roofing professionals from across Colorado to network, raise a glass, and show off some holiday spirit — and trust us, we understood the assignment.
What Is the CRA YEP Holiday Bash?
The CRA (Colorado Roofing Association) is one of the most respected organizations in our industry — not only for its ongoing support of contractors and roofers across the state, but for its commitment to professionalism, education, and ethical practices. Their Young & Emerging Professionals (YEP) program supports the next generation of leaders in roofing, giving them a chance to grow professionally, connect with mentors, and build relationships across the industry.
The YEP Holiday Bash is an annual tradition, and this year’s event was one of the best yet — packed with familiar faces, good food, great conversations, and a ton of energy. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just a few years into the industry, this event always delivers the kind of community vibe that makes the Colorado roofing scene so strong.
Bringing the Semper Fi Energy
If you know Semper Fi Restoration, you know we don’t do anything halfway. We showed up in full holiday force, rocking our custom Semper Fi Christmas sweaters, camo shorts (yes, even in December), sparkly jackets, cowboy hats, and smiles that lasted all night long.
This wasn’t just about getting in the holiday spirit — it was about showing up as a tight-knit team, proud of what we do and the community we’re part of.
Our industry is full of hardworking folks who spend most of their time on rooftops, in crawlspaces, or helping homeowners navigate insurance claims after storm damage.
